The Board of Directors of Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited, the Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust would like to announce that Professor Ong Seow Eng, currently the Chairman of the Audit, Risk Management and Compliance Committee (the "Committee") will step down as the Chairman of the Committee with immediate effect.

Mr Ooi Eng Peng, currently a member of the Committee will be appointed as the Chairman of the Committee with immediate effect.

Following the above changes, the composition of the Committee is as follows:

Prof Ong Seow Eng - Member (Independent)
Mr Tan Guong Ching - Member (Independent)
Mr Michael Patrick Dwyer - Member (Non-Independent)
