Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited ("CITM"), the Manager of Cambridge Industrial Trust ("CIT") awarded some its units of CIT to its employees as its initiative to continue aligning the interests of staff with CIT unitholders.

Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management Limited has an 80% interest in the issued capital of CITM.

Oxley Global Limited (formally known as Oxley Holdings Limited) has a 30% interest in the issued shares of Cambridge Real Estate Investment Management Limited.

VCA Enterprise Limited is a company wholly owned by Victor Ong Wei Tak which holds 24.38% of the issued shares in Oxley Global Limited. Accordingly Victor Ong Wei Tak has an interest of 5.85% in the issued shares of CITM.

Victor Ong Wei Tak is accordingly deemed to be interested in the 9,382,245 units held by CITM prior to its transfer of units to its employees.
