Each of the Power Companies was a substantial shareholder of the Company prior to the date of this notice by virtue of its deemed interest in the shares managed by its subsidiaries as fund managers. Each of their percentage level of deemed interests had since increased and/or varied by virtue of a series of open market transactions entered into by one or more of their subsidiaries for portfolio management purposes. Since the date of change of deemed interest notified in this notice, there has been no further changes in the percentage level of deemed interests of any of the Power Companies giving rise to a disclosure obligation.

Where reference is made to shares, it refers to units in Cambridge Industrial Trust.

Percentages calculated based on total number of issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) being 868,701,000 as at 18 March 2010.
